Paul has been working as an in-house eDiscovery attorney for Fortune 500 companies for the past 14 years.
In his time at Sears Holdings Corporation he helped to build an in-house discovery team capable of performing all major discovery functions without the support of outside vendors. Based on this experience, Paul serves as an advocate for in-house legal departments focused on scaling eDiscovery solutions based on risk, budget, and proportionality. Paul assisted General Motors on several high-profile, high complexity matters, including the GM Ignition Switch cases, and spent a year on the vendor side where he refined his skills in Relativity and other processing and review platforms. He now serves as eDiscovery Counsel for United Airlines.
