Ashley Sullivan leads Text IQ's Customer Solutions team, where she focuses on enhancing and scaling the delivery of our AI solutions to customers.
Ashley is an experienced operational leader and manager, having managed large customer-centric teams working on sensitive data projects at scale.
Before joining Text IQ, Ashley led Customer Services Operations at KLDiscovery, where she led a companywide effort to develop comprehensive training materials and document best practice solutions for the company's document discovery solutions. She brings an expertise in workflow coordination and technological optimization to support improved productivity.
Ashley has spent the better part of her career directly managing a broad variety of sensitive data matters, including DOJ, SEC, and FTC investigations. Her success is rooted in her ability to persevere in the face of adversity and tackle new custom challenges with creative and practical solutions.
Ashley has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Information Technology from George Mason University and is based in Northern Virginia.
