Karan leads Text IQ's go-to-market and operational execution activities, focusing on developing the best end-to-end journey for Text IQ's customers. Karan directs a set of initiatives aimed at maximizing value creation for customers, building out relationships with key channel partners, and understanding the next generation of challenges faced by leading enterprises. Prior to joining Text IQ, Karan spent almost a decade at The Boston Consulting Group, advising Fortune 100 clients on how to react to—and take advantage of—technological disruption. Karan holds an MBA from INSEAD and continues to pursue his love of travel that was fostered while there.
